ollywood celebrities came to grace this majestic event. Tom Cruise is just one of those honored icon to walk in the red carpet. Dubai International Film Festival will run from Dec. 04- 14, 2011 with all documentary movies be shown on respective schedules at the Mall of Emirates, Madinat Jumierah.
The Cinema of the World showcases the global diversity of the film industry, countries participated in the 8th Dubai International Film Festival includes US, UK, Canada, Brazil, Singapore, Turkey, Iran, Nigeria, South Africa, among others.
Two Filipino Films being featured in Dubai International Film Festival, “Crossfire” from Arnel Mardoquio and “ Isda” from Adolfo Alix Jr.
Good luck to the Filipino entries; this is an opportunity once again to show the world that Filipino film makers are opting for quality films competitive to the global film making standard. Filipino entries in any other film festival worldwide has always been given due recognition as a masterpiece.
